Dr Singh has been a GP for over 20 years, both in the UK and Australia, and has worked extensively across all areas of General Practice.
While Dr. Singh specialises in chronic and complex conditions, he understands the need for accessible care for routine issues, especially outside regular hours. To support this, he now offers home visits in the evenings and weekends for those needing care outside of typical GP hours.
Dr Singh lives in Chichester with his wife and daughter, where he continues to be passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused care in the community.

Back pain, joint pain, or any injury that limits movement.

When to visit A&E
If you're experiencing severe symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, uncontrolled bleeding or serious head injuries, it's important to go directly to A&E or call 999. In emergency situations, A&E provides the immediate care you need.
Conditions we don’t treat
While we aim to provide the best care for many health concerns, some conditions are better suited to other specialists who can give you the time and attention you need.
These include:
Long-term chronic health conditions
Alcohol or drug addiction
Severe mental health symptoms
Minor injuries, wounds, dressings, or fractures
Prescriptions for controlled drugs
Cervical screening/smears
Vaccinations
Medical reports

What areas we cover
We cover all PO postcodes, excluding the Isle of Wight.
Fees
Regardless of where you live within the areas we cover – our standard rates apply.
The full appointment fee (excluding any medication costs) is payable before the consultation.
Standard: £290
Monday – Friday
5pm – 10pm
Up to 45-minute consultation.
Includes any necessary scripts or referrals.
Does not include mediations which will be charged additionally.
Weekend: £370
Saturday: 8am – 1pm
Sunday: 2pm – 7pm
Up to 45-minute consultation.

Please note
We understand that life happens, and plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure we manage our time effectively, including travel time between appointments, please note the following:
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the time of the appointment will incur the full appointment fee and cannot be refunded.
If you are not present at the address provided at the time of your appointment, the full fee will still apply.
